• David Harmer Moves on to California Special Runoff Election in November

  

   

  The results are in from last night's special election in California, with Republican David Harmer -- a PAC-endorsed candidate for California's 10th Congressional district -- moving on to a runoff election on November 3rd.  He will face Democratic Lieutenant Governor John Garamendi as well as a few minor party candidates.
