"Today we celebrate the fallen. It's difficult for our minds to imagine a human darkness so wicked that it celebrates the destruction of innocent lives. We remember each victim, whether taken in unknowing sacrifice or succumbing to death after heroic struggle. They stand in our mind's eye in the brilliant light of love, faith and patriotism. America's heart will always be open to them, and our resolve is strengthened by their memory."

I was somewhat disappointed this last Patriot's Day in the number of flags that I saw. It was greatly diminished over previous years. It has only been 8 years since that fateful day when America was attacked. What happened that day and how we as a nation reacted to it is something that we must never forget. If we are to make a difference in this country we the people must once again come together as we did in the weeks and months immediately following that day.

It is such a wonderful America we live in and I am so greatful to be surrounded by great Patriots like Mitt Romney and Ann Romney and their family. Those who died on 9/11 should never be forgotten and they can be remembered best by keeping their dreams alive of a free and strong America!!

Governor Romney can speak eloquently and cover his thoughts completely without rambling on paragraph after paragraph. I feel this is a very rare talent, and something you don't see among too many public officials. Hopefully, we will see this talent and the many other talents and capabilities he has on display as our next President of the U.S.

It's always humbling to see the American flag wave, especially on this day, Sept. 11. It still stands tall!
Thanks for everything!
