Dr. Phil Gingrey is running for re-election as the Representative for Georgia's 11th Congressional District.  After practicing for almost 30 years as a pro-life OB/GYN, Congressman Gingrey was first elected in 2002 and serves on the House Armed Services and Science Committees.  Just recently, Congressman Gingrey was ranked by the National Journal as the most conservative Member of the House of Representatives.
