The former Republican presidential candidate conceded that it is “still very early in the Obama years,” but said that he is “hoping for a stronger foreign policy” from the president.
The subject line of the e-mail reads “Obama’s weak foreign policy.”
Romney also hit Obama over Vice President Joe Biden’s comment during the campaign that enemies of the
“Vice President Biden was right that the new president would be tested early in his administration,” he wrote. “What the world learned was not good news for freedom and democracy.”
